As co-host and co-founder of The Recovery Radio Show, Bob is the show’s spiritual leader and has been sober for 14 years. Many years ago Bob told his wife he was going to the corner market to buy a pack of cigarettes one evening and never came home till 5 months later. Dr. Steve is a fully licensed and board-certified emergency physician who graduated from Harvard College and the University of Minnesota Medical School, and who then went on to serve as Director of Emergency Services at a large urban hospital for 14 years. As Bob's side-kick Co-Host “on the perch”, he serves as Medical Commentator for the “Recovery Radio Show”. Dr Steve is the one to turn to for medical explanations of addiction and its many manifestations.
